The forests of Estonia are the living heart and inspiration of our industry. We value the well-being of the forests and keep the long-standing traditions of the woodworking industry alive in Pärnu and Pärnu County.
We believe that responsible forestry and respecting local practices ensure both biodiversity and economic sustainability.
Our edge-glued panels showcase true craftsmanship. At Ecobirch, we combine the beauty of nature with innovation and skill to create durable, inspiring products that last for generations.
Then the lamellas are directed to glue presses, where heat, pressure, and adhesive are used to create strong and durable boards.
The pressed shields pass through a grinding and shaping machine, where they achieve a perfect surface and precise dimensions. Finally, the glulam shields are packaged according to the customer's requirements, ready for shipment to destinations around the world.
Quality control is an integral part of our production process. At every stage, production is monitored to ensure that it meets the highest standards.
If a part doesn't meet expectations, we send it back for reprocessing to minimise material waste. We value every centimetre of wood and ensure that it fills homes with the warmth and harmony of beauty.
Our company holds valid FSC® and PEFC certificates. Our products also have (Enviromental Product Declaration) environmental declaration
