What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

Ecobirch AS collects the following data:

If you wish to receive more information about a service via our website, we collect and process the following personal data – your name and email address. Inquiries can be submitted by filling out the relevant contact form or by sending an email to the addresses provided on the website. To prepare an offer, we also use data obtained from a credit information inquiry about the company.

The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the processing necessary for the performance of a contract in which the data subject is involved or for taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Website browsing statistics

When visiting websites, non-personalized technical data about the visitor is collected.

Technical data is limited to the internet address (IP address) of the used computer or network, the software version of the computer's web browser and operating system, as well as the time (hour, date, year) and location of the visit. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

We use the automated tool Google Analytics to collect the above-mentioned data. If you do not wish to transmit this data about yourself, you can disable data collection by Google Analytics at any time.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies to improve the quality of the provided services. We use session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook) to identify new and returning customers.

To remember your preferences, such as language, color contrasts, or font size. To remember whether you have (or have not) agreed to our cookies on this site. To collect reliable information about website visits, allowing us to measure how well the site meets users' needs and make potential improvements. Allowing cookies is not strictly necessary for the core functionality of the website, but it enhances the browsing experience. Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing

If you wish to be "forgotten," please let us know by writing to ecobirch@ecobirch.ee. Upon request, we will remove the information related to your inquiry/inquiries from our systems.
